Application Instructions
To submit an application for a Turnkey Communities residence, please follow the three steps below.
Step 1: Submit a separate application for each person over 18 years old who will reside in the home via the "apply now" link below.
Step 2: Submit a copy of a government-issued ID card + 30 days of paystubs for each person over 18 years old who will reside in the home via email to Info@turnkeycommunities.com.
Step 3: For home purchases ONLY. Fill out the Home Loan Application document. This can be found in your tenant web access account you created by applying or a PDF version can be found under step 3. If you choose to use the PDF version, send the completed form via email to info@turnkeycommunities.com

Step 2: Submit Application Documents
For EVERY adult (18+) who will be residing in the house please submit:
1. 1 month of paystubs.
AND
2. Government-issued ID.
If these are not submitted for each adult it will result in a delay in the application process or denial of your application.
