Application Instructions
To submit an application for a Turnkey Communities residence, please complete BOTH steps below.
** Please Note: We have partnered with PetScreening for ALL applicants. You will be required to submit a response to PetScreening as part of Turnkey's application process. There will be no charge for Service Animals or if you have no pet.

Step 1: Submit Application
For EVERY adult (18+) who will be residing in the house please:

Submit a separate application for each person over 18 years old who will reside in the home. Click on the link below Step 2 and it will open another page where you will create an account for online access.
Step 2: Submit Application Documents
After creating an account to start your application, you will receive an email and text with instructions to submit:
1.) a government issued photo ID
2.) proof of income for the last 30 days.
Please have these items ready when filling out your application.

Your application will be processed after we receive a completed application, ID, proof of income, and $50 application fee for each person over 18 years old. Failure to submit any of these will result in the delay of the application being processed or denial of your application.

Step 3: For home purchases ONLY.
Fill out the Home Loan Application document. This can be found in your tenant web access account you created by applying or a PDF version can be found under step 3. If you choose to use the PDF version, send the completed form via email to info@turnkeycommunities.com
